· Upgraded magnetic refrigeration test apparatus.

· Carried out optimization experiments for active magnetic regenerators.

· Upgraded lab superconducting magnet now rated for higher magnetic fields ( up to 3 Tesla).

TMP Lubrication Maintenance Planner

· Implemented the software “Lube It” for the lubrication maintenance of the Thermomechanical plant. The objective of the project was the computerization of the scheduling process of hundreds of lubrication tasks of half billion dollars plant.

· Designed and programmed an Access database complementing Lube It.

· Trained the TMP technicians to use the software.

CAD draftsman

· Generated a database of mechanical drawings with AutoCad 13, for the engineering maintenance department and machine shop. The database included over one hundred drawings of part details and assembly.

· Designed parts to adapt a superfinisher tool worth $ 40,000 to work with a roll grinder machine worth $ 2 million. The project involved several detail and assembly drawings and a 3D model all generated with AutoCad.

Head technician of Fresh Pasta Machines

Designed and administered recipes and process for a 200kg/day production line.

· Operated $200,000 worth of machinery for two years, with complete responsibility of the equipment. Quality and consistency of the service have always been fully satisfactory for restaurant and deli customers.

· Managed maintenance and repairs of the machinery. I have been in charge of lubricating, cleaning, inspecting the machines, and fixing or replacing worn out or damaged parts.
